To the Pusteria Valley/ Terenten by car:
“Brenner” motorway: exit Brixen-Nord, head for Pustertal/ Bruneck until Vintil. In Vintil turn left into the “Pustertaler Sonnenstrasse” road. Vintil is only 6.5 km from old town Terenten. If you’re coming from east (Lienz-Innichen or Staller Sattel), exit at Bruneck-Süd/West on the “Pustertaler Sonnenstrasse” road (17th km). Drive passed Pfalzen-Issing-Mühlen-Hofern towards Terenten.
By Train:
On the “Brennerbahnlinie” line, get off at Franzensfeste/Fortezza. Continue your journey to the Pustertal Valley on a local train, and stop in Vintl or Bruneck. Bus connections from Bruneck to Terenten are good, except on Sundays and Bank holidays.
By airplane:
The nearest international airports are Innsbruck (80 km), Venice (230 km) and Verona (200 km). If you’re planning to fly to/ from Rom, Innsbruck or Amsterdam, Bozen airport, only 70 km from Terenten, is ideal. » Flight offer to Bozen » Innsbruck airport
