Some hiking suggestions :

Excursion to the earth pyramids of Terenten and visitation of the renovate mills along the “Terner Bach” river.

Excursion to the biotope, next to Höhenbühl/Margen – there you can visit the ancient saw-mill or the beautiful church St. Margareth in Margen – and finally to the little rustic eatery “Hauerhof” where you can take a break and enjoy some calm hours. Back to Terenten you come along the panorama-path.

Excursion along the panorama-path in to Winnebachtal valley and to Tiefrasten-refuge. After a break walk on and passing by the Kompfoss-Lakes you soon will arrive at the Mt. Eidechsspitze (2738 m above sea level). To get back to Terenten, take the path through the Terner-Tal Valley.
