In Terenten, from December till April, the famous ski areas of the Dolomites circle are open: not far from Bruneck, the Kronplatz invites you to do a few carving turns, such as at the “Gitschberg-Jochtal” skiing region, in proximity of Brixen. Need of peace and quiet? Terenten offers plenty of opportunities for snowshoe-walking or cross-country skiing. You can sledge or take ski tours.
